Both occupations are in the Medium to Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), making them a possible pathway for permanent residency in Australia. Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
There are nine education providers that offer a Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology all over Australia. Course duration can range from 52 weeks to 103 weeks. The fees will also range from $12,000 to $18,000 for the entire course.
Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
Thirty-six education providers all over Australia offer a Cert IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis. The duration of the course will be around 26 weeks or six months. The fees will also range from $7,000 to $10,000 for the entire course.
Diploma of Automotive Technology
There are 30 education providers that offer a Diploma of Automotive Technology all over Australia. Course duration can range from 22 to 64 weeks. The fees will range from $7,000 to $12,000 for the entire course.
Automotive Course Entry Requirements
